RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL.OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO PREPARE A SERVICE AGREEMENT WITH THE
ARCHITECTURAL FIRM OF ROSS, LEVIN, MacINTYRE AND VARNER FOR FULL
SCHEMATICS, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PREPARATION OF THE
POLICE FACILITY RENOVATION PROJECT AT 5505 EL CAMINO REAL
WHEREAS, the City- is desirous of converting the store known as Beno's at
5505 El Camino Real into a police facility; and
WHEREAS, the City had previously selected the firm of Ross, Levin,
Maclntyre and Varner as well qualified to complete the police facility
project; and
WHEREAS, the City has chosen to purchase the Beno's store for the police
department's long-term use; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Atascadero City Council does
hereby authorize the preparation of a service agreement with Ross, Levin,
Maclntyre and Varner for full architectural services required for the police
facility renovation project proposed at 5505 E1 Camino Real. (Said services not
to exceed the stipulated fee of, $72,825.00.)
On motion by Councilperson BOURBEAU and seconded by Council-
person MACKEY the foregoing resolution is hereby adopted in its entirety '
on the following roll call votes:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS BORGESON, BOURBEAU, MACKEY AND MAYOR NORRIS
NOES: COUNCILMAN HANDSITY
ABSENT: NONE
