RESOLUTION NO. 7-88
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ATASCADERO AUTHORIZING THE CITY TO
NEGOTIATE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR THE
ACQUISITION OF 5505 EL CAMINO REAL,
ATASCADERO
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of purchasing an existing
building and site at 5505 El Camino Real to be remodeled as a
police facility; *and
WHEREAS, the owners of 5505 E1 Camino Real have indicated
a willingness to sell said property to the City of Atascadero
on certain terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of -the
City of Atascadero that city staff is hereby authorized to
negotiate a purchase agreement for the property and improve-
ments at 5505 E1 Camino Real pursuant to the terms previously
established by the City Council for presentation to the City
Council for review and approval
PASSED AND ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Atascadero held January 12 , 1988
by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS BORGESON, BOURBEAU, MACKEY AND MAYOR NORRIS
NOES: COUNCILMAN HANDSITY
ABSENT: NONE
