RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ATASCADERO
AWARDING BID OF COMPUTER HARDWARE AND
SOFTWARE TO COASTAL COMPUTERS AND KNOPF DATA SYSTEMS
WHEREAS, the City is desireous of purchasing an automated data
system for the Police Department; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department currently processes all police
generated information manually; and
WHEREAS, the acquisition of the computer system will enhance
the Police Department's efficiency; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Atascadero City Council
does hereby award the bid for police computer software to Knopf Data
Systems and computer hardware to Coastal Computers.
On motion by Councilperson Bourbeau and seconded
by Councilperson Mackey , the foregoing resolution is
hereby adopted in its entirety on the following roll call vote:
AYES: Councilmembers Bourbeau, Mackey, Borgeson, and Mayor Norris
NOES: None
ABSENT: Councilmember Handshy
